Welcoming Dr Simon Hampton to the Practice

I would like to introduce you to my colleague, Dr Simon Hampton, who I have chosen to take over the practice. Simon and I met just over a year ago and after many conversations about dentistry we discovered we have very similar patient care philosophies and passion for good dental health.

Simon grew up in Beaconsfield and graduated from the University of Sydney in 2012 and I have no hesitation in recommending him to you. Like me, he is passionate about prevention, minimally invasive dentistry and proving a calm, relaxed environment. Since graduating he has worked in both public and private settings in the UK and Australia, and provided volunteer treatment at children's charity clinics in Cambodia and rural Australia. He spends a lot of his spare time on running, cooking, family time and trying to teach his 4 year old boy golf while his wife, Sam, watches in bemusement. We wish him luck with that!

My retirement is finally here and although I am very excited about the future, I am sad to be leaving after getting to know so many patients so well over the past 20 years. I see three generations of many families. It’s been my pleasure and privilege to treat you and help you with your oral health. I would like to thank you for the trust you have shown me.

I’ll be staying at the practice on a part time basis until the end of September and I do hope to be able to catch up with you before then.
